Making Car Leasing Easy We were leasing a care for my elderly parents and needed a car with all the new safety features. Erik helped us identify the right Forester for them, We were leasing a care for my elderly parents and needed a car with all the new safety features. Erik helped us identify the right Forester for them, helped us work through a complication with the insurance, and got us in and out of the dealer quickly with my elderly father. The only hiccup we had was that their leasing company (JP Morgan) refused to accept a valid POA in contravention of Maryland law. That necessitated leaving my mom alone at home hours after her being released from the hospital and bringing my dad into the dealership because it was the only day we had free before their old lease (from a different manufacturer) ended. That wasn't Erik, Subaru, or Annapolis Subaru's fault though. Once we got there the entire team did their best to expedite the process. More
