Worst car experience of my entire life. Annapolis Subaru is what give used car dealers such a bad reputation. Over $10,000 in the last year in repairs,when I called I was avoided and lied to. How can a dealership sell a 'Subaru Certified Inspected' car and not notice that the person who had the car before me put a self starter on it??? I promise you, the wiring job was done so poorly-the only way to miss it would be to simply to not have looked under the hood. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! More

I got the deal I wanted on both the car I was buying and my trade-in. My sales rep Erica was able to find the exact car I wanted order, intercept it and re-direct it to have my exact additional options installed, and turned a ten to twelve build wait into a four-week wait. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with how they made this happen for me. Financing was lightning-fast, and they were able to best my credit union's lowest rate, saving me even more money. The environment at Annapolis Subaru is low-pressure. All of the help you want/need is right there, but you won't have sales people stalking you on the lot or in the showroom. I elected to have Xzilon applied to protect the car's finish, and found the service department to be equally as proficient and professional. They gave me a loaner car for the day, too. I'm a repeat customer at Annapolis Subaru, and the above reasons are precisely why. Ask for Erica Biser, she's great... very responsive to emails and phone calls; but, I'm confident you'll be treated very well there, no matter who you deal with. I would recommend Annapolis Subaru over any other dealership I've done business with, Subaru or otherwise. I've talked so much about the dealership but not the car... I love that, too!! 2014 Outback. I had an amazing time in dealership or any of the staff in any way. On August 19th I took ownership of My GBS BRZ Limited from Annapolis Subaru. I had an amazing time in the process. The salespeople at this dealership knew all of the details on this car, enough to impress me and my gear-headed brain. A couple peeps on their staff have highly modded cars of their own and clearly appreciate the potential of the BRZ. There were a few difficulties starting out. The car I originally wanted was the Galaxy Blue Silica, but there were none available so I ordered the black one. The black was scheduled to arrive at the Port of Baltimore about 1 week from my order date but was delayed. This caused a little confusion and stress. I know of so many people that have had horrible experiences with dealers and their lying and bait and switch. I was very afraid that this was the case with my car. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this was not the case with Annapolis Subaru and their staff! They kept us routinely informed about the location and progress of my car. They typically spoke to us at least 2-3 times a day with a status and location, or simply to calm our fears. During this confusion the dealer went above and beyond the norm and shopped around for other cars. They discovered that there was a Galaxy Blue Silica available at another dealer in VA and notified me! We arranged for a dealer transfer and I got my original preference! They didn't have to do this, they could have just waited until the black arrived, which it did the day after the Blue was located. By the time the whole process was complete the dealer wound up with two extra Black BRZ's on their lot because they were trying to accommodate my needs. They took me and my concerns seriously and I am able to clearly state that this dealer was AMAZING. At the delivery, I was introduced to all of the staff, walked around the garage and introduced to the mechanics and parts managers that will be responsible for the maintenance on my car. I was very surprised to find out that the dealership has a Speed Shop on site with a rep who is very knowledgeable about Subaru specific performance Mods. We then went upstairs to the salespersons area where he spent over an hour going over in explicit detail the features of my car. We went over the maintenance agreement and then went outside to my car where he set up my blue tooth and radio, and showed me how to make any adjustments to the settings. Overall he spent about 2-3 hours with me! Again I am not in anyway affiliated with Annapolis Subaru but My spouse and I always try to promote any businesses that we feel go above and beyond what is expected. If anyone in the Baltimore Annapolis area ever needs an HVAC system or Privacy fence we also can highly recommend businesses that excel in those items as well :) More
After researching online and walking car lots when dealerships were closed, we settled on test driving the Forrester and the Outback. We called and made an appointment with Ed Rucker. This turned out to be a good decision as he was extremely busy. Ed was knowledgeable in the fact that the Forrester and the Outback ride and handle differently, and in that regard had us test drive the Forrester first. He demonstrated each car and its capabilities in a nearby parking lot and then sent us out to drive on our own. Ed answered all our question thoroughly. We made a second visit to look at interiors and options. We checked with USAA buying service as to price and though not a USAA online dealer , he matched the price. Our only disppointment was the trade-in. While our 1999 Issuzu Rodeo ran great for us , lower mileage, and had a new transmission, it did need AC work and new tires. All things considered, it was a very good experience at Annapolis Suburu and we are very happy with our decision. Before we left the lot with oour new Outback he went over all the bells and whistles and arranged for me to come in to have Bluetooth connected. More

Ed- was very nice and helpful. He worked with me while I was out of town over the holidays to ensure I didn't loose the car that I wanted. He took care of the minor issues I wanted corrected, such as detailing of the car wash etc. Billy- Once again hassle free, working with him on the financing was great. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Chris- Chris came out to check on me when the final sale was made and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Once the vehicle was selected he was very patient and thorough in explaining and demonstrating the complexities of a modern auto. He made himself available by phone and e-mail to answer any questions. Also, special thanx to him for his effort in obtaining the color desired. Actually, not getting a desirable color could have been a deal-breaker. More
After weeks of internet research for vehicle to tow behind our motor home we narrowed the search to Subaru and several other makes. Internet contact with Subaru dealers triggered many responses. Paul's was one of the few that honored my request for e-mail contact only until I was ready to talk. Searched dealer's web site and located model that met our needs. Called Paul with questions on being able to be towed flat. He did research and assured us that Forester 2.5i could be flat towed. He introduced me to Doug Wright and together, with several other shop people, we checked out the Forester to see if the steering wheel locked without the key. Doug even called another RV owner/customer to get info on flat towing. Based on my dealings up to that point I felt comfortable to deal with this dealership. The buying process with Paul was a delight ... even drove the car home to get my wife and son (who now intends to buy a Subaru). Very patient, answered all my questions. Financing was hassle free. Billy did shop around for the best rates (5 hits from my credit monitoring service) and got us 1.74%, beating our NASAFCU 1.99% rate. Price was right, matching similar model at Glen Burnie dealership with internet price lower than Paul's initial offer. Overall my only regret is that Annapolis Subaru won't be my full-time dealership since we live the winter months in Florida. Great buying experience. I negotiated the purchase of a new Outback for my mother. My mother lives in another state and the staff at Annapolis Subaru was able to complete everything she needed to purchase new Outback for my mother. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was friendly and they had taken care of most of the paperwork. There were no surprises. Everything was just as I had discussed over the phone with my salesman Ed Rucker. Being that it was my mother's birthday that day, the entire staff made her feel special. The amount of care and detail they put into explaining everything in the car and the manuals made her feel confident with her purchase. She stated this was the best car buying experience she has ever had. More
