Purchased a used vehicle to find out the following problems after getting it home. Three of the 4 speakers were blown and did not work. The cruise control was not functioning because of a bad break sw problems after getting it home. Three of the 4 speakers were blown and did not work. The cruise control was not functioning because of a bad break switch. The breaks squeak every time they applied because of quality of break pad used. The driver side floor gets saturated with water after it rains. The vehicle was not detailed at time of delivery. Chocolate candy was smashed into the upholstery and trash was found under the seat. We purchased two exact vehicles that weekend for our kids. Same year and model. The second purchase was in immaculate condition at time of delivery and one of the speakers was defective and the dealer took care of the problem immediately. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone that I know. More
After 11 years with my Honda Civic, it was time for a new car. I have been researching the Forester for over a year and because of Subaru's dependability, known to last and they are very safe for our Golden car. I do not buy a new car very often so I was very nervous with the whole car buying experience. Somehow I was fortunate enough to go to the Annapolis Subaru. I felt very much at ease and felt welcomed into this dealership. Colin Murphy especially helped me to be comfortable. He listened to me and helped to guide me to the right car for me. He helped me every step of the way, from the first day I walked in, to the day our Golden came in to see the cars and to the day I brought my Forester home. I feel very grateful for meeting Colin and this Subaru family. I just hope he and this crew are here when it's time to do this process all over again. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle, and two Subarus was near the top of my list. I stopped in to Annapolis Subaru and was greeted by Bob. I told him what kind of vehicle I was after and that two Subaru was near the top of my list. I stopped in to Annapolis Subaru and was greeted by Bob. I told him what kind of vehicle I was after and that two Subarus were near the top of the list. He clarified the differences between the vehicles and he recommended one of them over the other. I agreed and he said that he had those in stock. He first showed me a vehicle that had the trim level I was after and demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle. He then showed me the available model I was looking for and allowed me to go on a test drive. After the test drive, he asked me how it was. I shared my concerns with him, and he suggested the other model he had in stock, which would address all of my concerns. He then allowed me to take that for a test drive. After that test drive, he asked for the sale. If I was happier with the vehicles from Subaru, I would have purchased a vehicle from Bob. More

To start with, Dani Owenby, was absolutely fantastic - friendly, eager, honest... The kind of no-nonsense employee you would hope to interact with. With my living out-of-state she kept me well-informed and up-to-date on the particular vehicle I had been searching for. With the prompt emails and supporting pictures, I felt confident in the purchasing process so that the minute I was finally able to make the trip to Annapolis, I already knew exactly the condition of the vehicle and was ready to drive it home that day. Joe Tyler is a blast to work with as well! Knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented! Cannot recommend Annapolis Subaru more than this! They made the car-buying process an fantastic experience. After months of shopping I found a Nissan Cube while browsing online. I am a first time car buyer so I was nervous. The staff at Annapolis Subaru surpassed my expectations in customer care. Everyone I met was extremely helpful and friendly. I test drove the vehicle and was able to take it to my personal mechanic as well. Tony was so welcoming, Dani was so helpful and informative. This was an extremely relaxing experience and Joe was able to beat my banks Pre-Approved rate by over 1%!!!!!! More

Once I selected the make/model I was going to purchase, I went to 6 dealers in East/Central Maryland, met with the sales staff personally, requested an out the door quote for a factory ordered car with the options I wanted, and informed them that I was shopping around and would purchase from the dealer who gave me the best deal. Some gave outrages mark-ups (up to $4000 more than others--for the same exact car), others would give me a low verbal number, but would REFUSE to give me anything in writing. Although Annapolis Subaru was not the lowest initial quote, they became the lowest after calling the dealerships I visited and asked if they would beat the best quote. So they won my business. The Order Afterwards I came back, met with Frank again and placed an order on the car. He explained the expected timeframe for delivery, the required paperwork for the purchase, and answered any questions I had about the process. After the order, I kept in communication with Frank via email and asked any follow-up questions I thought up afterwards. He typically got back to me by the next business day with an answer. Purchase and Delivery The day of purchase came, Frank gave me a quick tour of their facility, introduced me to their service manager, introduced me to their parts dept (I had emailed him that I wanted to buy all weather mats when I bought the car) and then he walked me though the financing options, the owners manual, informed me of important details of the AWD system and fuel type needed, and even helped me install the all weather mats. Their financing manager was equally friendly and helpful when discussing the details of the financing and all my questions were given straight answers (no sense of them trying to hide something). I must say this last part: not once did he ask me what my ideal monthly payment was--this is a common ploy used by car dealerships to maximize their profit while keeping the customer comfortable. Bottom Line I found my purchase a most pleasant and non-adversarial experience. In 2-3 years, I will be in the market to buy another vehicle for my wife, and if we choose Subaru, I intend to shop around as I did with this car, but Annapolis Subaru will be the first I check, as opposed to the last, as it was this time. In addition, this is my third Subaru over 20 years. My second Subaru saved my life. I was in a head-on collision with the driver of the other car going over 60 miles per hour. The dashboard of my Subaru never moved!. I walked away from that accident. I went into the dealership with photos of the destroyed Subaru and said "I want another one of these!". The Subaru is a safe, easy to drive, comfortable, and very stable car. I don't think I would ever go to another car or another dealership! Thank you Subaru, and thank you Subaru of Annapolis! More
I have purchsed many cars over my 50 years of driving and this was the most pleasant one of all. John Westcott greeted us at the door and proceeded to find out what we were interested in. We narrowed down our choice to the Forester and 4 hours later, were owners of a 2012 Forester Touring 2.5X. John, even before we were convinced that we wanted to buy a Subaru, took us on a tour of the facility, offered us coffee and introduced us to some of the staff. He is a great sales person in that he was very low key but always on point and, as it turned out, leading us toward our purchase. They had to put a hitch on the car so we went back the next day to pick it up and John spent another 1 1/2 hours showing us the car's features and doing the paper work. I have not used the service department but we have friends who are convinced that it the best dealer shop with which they have ever dealt. I hope that we have the same experience. More

Upon the visit to Annapolis Subaru I felt very well taken care of, Mr. Rucker offered any and all amenities he could including letting me use the office phone and internet to obtain information needed for my trades. Mr. Tyler was very helpful with the loan portion of the process and I never once felt "pushed" or pressured to do something I wasn't interested in. Once all the "t's were crossed and i's were dotted" Mr. Rucker then proceeded to go through all the features, functions, break in period and upcoming maintenance of the vehicle so to help me feel as comfortable in the car as possible, he even aided me in the setup of my blue tooth hands free feature! This is the 3rd new car I have purchased in my life and the FIRST time anyone has ever done anything like that! It was wonderful! The only complaint I would register was the length we were at the dealership, although it could be due to the somewhat complicated nature of my trades (many other people arrived and left before we did). Even though it was a long day spent there i'm glad it took so long, I felt very comfortable with everything that was happening! I am highly satisfied with the experience I had at Annapolis Subaru, The Service Mr. Rucker and Mr. Tyler provided to me and my new Subaru!!!!!!!! More
