Took over 2 hours for an scheduled oil change and when I asked for them to look at my wheel because they are peeling, I was asked to see a body shop because they don’t do that there ..... it’s a known issue asked for them to look at my wheel because they are peeling, I was asked to see a body shop because they don’t do that there ..... it’s a known issue with the car that the clear coat peels off the wheel and it’s covered by the warranty. You’re never going to get 100% honesty at any car dealership; but, this is as close as you’re going to get. Tom was great. He’s personable, open about everything, and bent over backwards to make the dealership; but, this is as close as you’re going to get. Tom was great. The price he was able to negotiate beat every offer in a 15mile radius (though the other Antwerpen location came close to beating it). That + the 100,000/5 year warranty which crushed everything around made this a no brainer. I love the new car. If you’re doing your due diligence, you call more than one dealer. Antwerpen should 100% be on your list. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you make a pass on this place. More
