Customer service is always on point but this the 2nd time I had problems with my car after it has been serviced. This time was the worst I come in for oil change and maintenance and when I left my ca was dri I had problems with my car after it has been serviced. This time was the worst I come in for oil change and maintenance and when I left my ca was driving worst then it was then when I brought it in. It was shaking so bad when driving past 60 mph I got scared and brought the car right back. They looked at it I guess then told me that I needed an alignment and a new tired. I paid 175. For services and left with my car driving shaky and pulling hard to the right and it wasn’t doing any of this when I brought it in. It’s fine I won’t be back. At this point I don’t know what they will do to my car next. I bring it there where I bought it because I thought I could trust the dealership. Guess not. More

With going to the dentist being #1, , going to buy a new vehicle at a dealership is #2 when it comes to a painful experience. Mr. Clarke made this purchase as smooth as possible, no pressure, listened, and i believe was able to secure a good price for the vehicle I purchased. Then comes Financing.. I wish that when a customer says NO to additional options, who just wants to sign and hit the road happy with the warranty & 3 year / 36,000 mile maintenance program, that this would happen., and not be asked why the No and am i sure..
