They gave me a 3.4%, a week later, they called and said the rate changed to 3.9% because the initial rate was for a vehicle $1000 less and they changed the bank I initially signed to finance through with them. I was registering my vehicle in Delaware and was told they had everything covered and had said I'd just tag it myself. They still had me do it through them, and after a month, they said I had to go to the Delaware DMV to get an inspection because it wasn't a valid inspection through them because I am registering in Delaware. So I couldn't get my tags or title after they had repeatedly given me wrong information and charged me for these services. Repeatedly I had to go through hoops after dealing with this company because they kept changing the information they gave me. More
