Fast, Friendly, Pre-purchase Inspection I was in the process of buying a used car from an internet dealer in VA, The car passed VA inspection, but failed in MD where i live. The dealer loaned me the car for a week to complete whatever repairs were required and have it pass inspection. I got parts and did the repairs within a week, but the original inspection location could not take me for a week!
