Over the years, we've only had 2 issues that needed attention, and Hyundai stood behind their product and fixed the issues according to their stated warranty. Our Service King was Chris, and he made the appointment, sent me an email reminder, and then promptly checked me in the next morning- Chris handled our issue from start to finish, and had my car ready by 3:00PM same day. This saved me much time and money as we didn't do the brakes prematurely. The service visit couldn't have been better. My car was finished almost to the minute promised with a recall and a warranty repair added in at no cost. My only complaint is that you aren't located closed to Severna Park, but there's not much you can do about that!! Once again it was wonderful to work with Ben Washington. He's the best! More
