Not a great experience We came to the dealership with 3 cars in mind that were found on the website. One was not available/could not be found on the lot. The one I was real We came to the dealership with 3 cars in mind that were found on the website. One was not available/could not be found on the lot. The one I was really interested in was used as a loner vehicle and was a mess and had dents and dings with over $5,000 miles. I am not paying a new car price for a used car. The other vehicle was in better condition but was used by a manager and had over 2,000 miles. Do not advertise these cars as new. It was a waste of time. Then they found me a car at another lot which was 30 mins away. We again waited for them to go get the car and it was hit at the lot and had body damage. They advised they would try to find me a car and did call me the next day and advised they found one. Just annoying when I live 45 mins away and had to come back. The website had a glitch and the price online was $4,000 more then the true price. They would not honor the advertised price. Also, they way you advertise is BS. Do not advertise the price with all optional discounts. I know some people might have military/college grad/uber driver/financing discounts available but give the true price and then list the available discounts. Also the uber driver thing is such a scam. It is interesting that the warranty is void if you a a taxi driver. Are you just trying to get people to void your warranty? How crappy. Your $500 matching down payment with the 30 day wait period is also BS. The sales people I dealt with were kinda shady and I caught them in a lot of lies. They could not answer a lot of legitimate questions I had. Instead of making up an answer say you do not know and go find out. I was sworn at and they were very unprofessional. That sales person did apologize but this is not customer service. More

Be careful August 2015 I brought a 2011 Santa Fe truck which had been in an accident previously ,which I didn't know when I purchased this truck. The saleswoman told me that it didn't have any accidents on the Carfax. Come to find out this car had been in an accident. I was Bamboozled into by a truck that had previously been in an accident. I would have never brought a truck that been in the accident and had damage to it. I brought my truck in on August 3rd for service picked it up on August 4th something wasn't right for the back August 5th they told me it would cost a whole lot of money to fix therefore I wasn't going to get a truck that needed all that work done which I just purchased 2 years ago from you all that was supposed to be certified, now I feel like I was bamboo through into buying a truck that was no good your dealership or your manager would not take over the whole load that was left on the truck and take it as a loss and I purchased a new car I'm just really upset with the dealership in the hole but not myself person John Park he was a great salesperson and he did all he could for me now on August 15th 2017 I get a letter in the mail talking about the truck had some kind of recall on it for something under the body which they said when I bought the truck back that that was wrong with it too well xxxx I don't have the truck anymore you all didn't give me the best deal you could have but I need you to call so I can get to work so just to say I'm really upset with this dealership and I really would like for someone in management to call me. More
