Excellent experience that met all my needs I went to Antwerpen Hyundai and first browsed the cars in the lot before I went inside. Michael Serrano came outside to greet me and ask me if I neede I went to Antwerpen Hyundai and first browsed the cars in the lot before I went inside. Michael Serrano came outside to greet me and ask me if I needed help. I told him the exact vehicle I had in mind and we went straight to look at the vehicles. After I picked out a vehicle I liked, we took a test drive which was excellent. Then we went straight to working out a price and a financing plan that fit my needs and expectations. The financing plan was explained very thoroughly by Mr. Darlington without any extra pressure on me to purchase maintenance plans. Michael stayed way late after the dealership closed to wrap up the deal with me. I will definitely be recommending Antwerpen to my friends and family More

He was very professional and answered a lot of my questions. I was disappointed because I had to pay finance fees. I thought with a 8 thousand dollars deposit I would not have to pay financial charges. Overall the day went well. I am still waiting for my payment booklet and I am not sure where I send a payment.
