I recently have a vehicle towed to them, the service advisor was Wayne,the vehicle was repaired and had some lights that needed to be reset.... most horrible experience ..his commutation with me was di advisor was Wayne,the vehicle was repaired and had some lights that needed to be reset.... most horrible experience ..his commutation with me was disgusting,will not return calls and when he did told me it will be $3800.00 to have the vehicle repaired .. did not know what a variant code was /// i requested to speak with the service manager he still never called me ,so i decided to have the vehicle towed out .. See what they don't understand is that am very knowledgeable in the automotive world and knew that the parts he is saying needs to be replaced did not ... Towed the vehicle out and had it fixed the same day for $3,300. LESS I will never take another vehicle there for repair I am in the auto repair business also ........ Definitely something management should be looking at ... The person answering and transferring the calls can surely tell how many times i have called with no success of anyone answering or returning my call More
