When a specific service, e.g. 15,000 mi service is requested, it does not appear on paperwork and some type of modified service is performed which d When a specific service, e.g. 15,000 mi service is requested, it does not appear on paperwork and some type of modified service is performed which does not include some of the items listed in the manual for that service period. Paperwork lists service rep’s interpretation of what that service period should be, rather than information per manual. Paperwork has a set format which contains misinformation, e.g. Estimate of cost was provided to customer, review of maintenance action, customer was provided with inspection report - none of which occurred prior to being handed paperwork to sign. Inspection report received after I waited to sign off and pay until receiving report. Inspection report differed from verbal answers given to questions. More

Today, I brought our 2nd Hyundai and I didn't think he would remember me because I took another car just the week before. But he remembered as soon as I walked in and even what needs to be done to the 2nd car. I didn't expect this but that's just the bonus. So far, I find that the car runs very well after the service and that is what is important. Also, I find the costs reasonable so I hope that they won't be jacking up their prices. I like the fact that I can take my work to their waiting area, have access to coffee and water and very good wifi (whatever you do, this is important while waiting so I hope your new facility across the road will still have this!!!!). Check-in is also easy. I like that they have "coupons" in their website and that you can do your appointments easily. I wish the coupons could be selected online so you don't have to print and cut them. More
