The last two times I've arrived for my scheduled service on my 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, it's always a long wait to be acknowledged. Everyone seems so busy and not eager to help. Once I checked my vehicle in, ev on my 2020 Hyundai Tuscon, it's always a long wait to be acknowledged. Everyone seems so busy and not eager to help. Once I checked my vehicle in, everything was fine. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, I was not greeted, once again and was originally charged for my free oil change. The person assisting me when I was trying to leave was not customer service friendly and she was supposed to email my receipt. I still have yet to receive it. I continue to have similar experiences when visiting Antwerpen Hyundai. It's disappointing. Hopefully this can change but it probably won't change. Just wanted to voice my opinion.
