The dealership had our car for well over a month. We felt there was an electrical issue but they discovered it was a faulty battery. Then we got a phone call they were going to start charging us storage fees. We picked up the next day and the battery wasn’t even attached. They need to work on better lines of communication. It was very nice. I went in for a safety recall and asked the nice lady that waited on me to let me know if the mechanic sees anything else that needs to be done to let me know. I had my car serviced on 10/13/21 working with Lilly who was excellent. She coordinated shuttle service, interacting with me constantly keeping me updated and explaining what the problems were along with th was excellent.
