My vehicle was serviced on March 22, 2021, I received a prompt call about what they were doing to fix my problem. I was told that they were doing a full diagnostics on my vehicle. But when I pick my vehicl prompt call about what they were doing to fix my problem. I was told that they were doing a full diagnostics on my vehicle. But when I pick my vehicle up the airbag indication light was still on . The service manager spoke to the mechanic who indicated he did not see the airbagWarninglight. My problem with this is how do you do a full diagnostics on the vehicle and not see a warning light, which I who is not a mechanic picked it up right away. But I spoke to Lily and the service department who was very pleasant and told me to bring the vehicle back as soon as I can other than that I’ve been pretty satisfied. More
Service was great. Dealership was able to get my vehicle in before the stated appointment and finished the maintenance and repairs in no time. Due to Covid, the service department was limited. So, it took more time than usual. I believe that the service area needs more space when you pull up for service. Was there for a recall.
