I dropped my car off at the dealership 3 times in under 7 weeks due to problem with my gears. They were unable to find an issue, however my suv still tries to come to an abrupt stop by itself. Jin, was absolutely wonderful. My airbag light was on after having my radio replaced. He recommended I come to the service department and have them diagnose the problem. I let him know that I was concerned about not having my car available for work. He said no problem, I will make sure that you have your car or transportation to work. I dropped my car off Thursday evening. He texted me at 6:50 AM the following morning to tell me my vehicle was ready. I was thankful to him beyond measure. He is always so kind and efficient.
