My service advisors Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cesar was personable and knowledgeable and was very pleasant. He was motivated to make a sale. He took me on a test drive and pointed out many features of the vehicle. After all the paperwork for the sale was completed, he spent about 45 minutes educating me numerous aspects of the vehicles controls, buttons, dials, levers,etc. At several junctures, he asked me if I had any questions.
