I bought my new Buick Envision in 2021 at the height of the car shortage period. My salesperson was Shelly. Shelly was amazing to deal with. Unlike all other dealerships that I visited that year, Shelly and AH Buick did not charge a premium due to car shortages- I actually got it for less than book and was given a very fair price on my trade in. Whenever I come I for routine servicing on the car, Shelly is friendly and welcoming. I waited 3 years after buying the car to write this review to offer a review from driving and service experience. The Envision has been a great car. It rides smooth and quietly. There has not been any mechanical issues. The dealership has been great to work with. I have no current plans to buy a new car but I definitely plan to buy another Buick when it is time. More
