Great. Found me just the car I wanted. I was looking for a very specific type of car with a specific set of features, and I wasn't able to find it through my own Internet searching. I contacted a couple Buick dealers in the area for assistance, but the other dealer wasn't putting in the leg work needed, whereas Shelley made it her mission to find a car that met all my criteria, and she came through super quickly, and was able to get the car I wanted from another dealer and get it delivered to me the same day I came in to meet with her. We called ahead to see if the truck was still available. Chris Lahey greeted my wife and I at the front door and had the 150 parked just feet away ready for us to take a test drive. Chris was pleasant, direct and informative. He wasn't pressuring in the least.which both my wife and I found refreshing. We have had experiences in the past that were no where near as easy. The other members of the staff were just as helpful and enjoyable to work with as Chris. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle Sullivan is the first place to stop. More
