Chris Lahey did an excellent job of combining niceties and persistence with fairness and reading the situation of what I was looking for. The process was smooth and efficient. They accommodated my needs which to be fair weren't unreasonable but it made it a transaction between two respectful parties. I am happy with the product so far and the service was as good as I could hope for. I'd be remiss to not mention Carrie, because the finance people may not get the spotlight often. She was articulate and clear without being pushy, had answers to my questions and knew what she was doing. Way to go, Sullivan. More
