Five days later I realized that I had left my sunglass case in my former vehicle and contacted her. Kate is now looking for my sunglasses and is checking to see when the wheels locks for my new vehicle will be delivered to Sullivan. I did return my 2015 Encore in near the end of lease and leased a 2019 Encore. More

Very pleased with overall experience! We went to Sullivan's to look at a specific used vehicle which we had seen online. Shelley came out to see if she could help us within minutes of our We went to Sullivan's to look at a specific used vehicle which we had seen online. Shelley came out to see if she could help us within minutes of our arrival. She wasn't pushy at all, but very helpful! When the vehicle we went to look at was available (it was being detailed), Shelley brought it around the building for us to look at. At this time, Shelley told us they had put new tires, a new battery, and a new serpentine belt on the van. Every request that we had was met, including arrangements being made for us to take this vehicle across the city to be checked out by our mechanic. Shelley was with another customer when we returned, but she made sure we were comfortably seated and had something to drink and checked on us several times while she finished with the other customer. Once Shelley was available to help us, the deal was made on the vehicle. Paperwork was written up and delivered to us by Mike in a very professional manner. We have never been able to look at and purchase a vehicle in one day before. We were very pleased with the way we were treated at Sullivan's! More

The salesperson Aiden that my husband had an appointment with said he would be there at 11am. He even texted my husband to remind him of the appointment that morning. We went there and waited, he never showed and we called him #3 times no answer. The person at the front said he would call him, still never showed and then another salesperson said the Aidan Pilny was sick and was not coming in. My husband was very upset about the run around that we got and felt we were being lied to, we walked out without purchasing a new vehicle. So now we are probably going elsewhere to buy. That's sad because we have always liked you. More
