Great Experience We were searching for a particular late model used car for our son and saw on Sullivan's website that they had what we thought we wanted. We called th We were searching for a particular late model used car for our son and saw on Sullivan's website that they had what we thought we wanted. We called the dealership to set up an appointment and immediately drove there (about 25 miles away). We met with Aidan to look at and test drive the vehicle. The dealership is neat and clean. The vehicle mostly met with our requirements. The price was very reasonable, the car was in really excellent shape and the dealership had detailed it so that it looked even better, and Aidan was incredibly low pressure and made us feel comfortable the entire time. What the car did not have and which was extremely important for us was leather seats. We were ready to forego our purchase when Aidan suggested that they could have leather seats installed. We were a little hesitant as to what we would get, but for the relatively low cost (far less expensive than OEM leather), we decided to go ahead. All I can say is that the samples do not do the actual product justice. I was amazed at the color match and quality of the seats. You absolutely cannot tell that these are aftermarket seating surfaces. In fact, our daughter has the same exact car with OEM leather and they are not as good as the aftermarket seats in terms of quality and comfort. Both are leather seating surfaces, with leather match everywhere else, but the aftermarket leather felt softer and thicker and more comfortable. It took only a couple of days to install and came with a three year warranty to boot. Also, just to note, the finance person was very friendly not at all pushy on the warranties, etc. She presented the options but did not aggressively push them. This is a really good dealership with really good people. I highly recommend it. More
