The first time I bought a car, it was a Buick Lacrosse, which is one of the most beautiful cars. Then, my second car was a Verano, which is a small and beautiful car as well. But I have to be honest, I wouldn't have bought either of those cars without the help of one man: Victor Melendez. He was such a helpful person, walked me through the whole entire process, and went above and beyond. I'm glad they have somebody who speaks both English AND Spanish to help the Latino community as well. Thank you, Victor, and I'll see you there for my third car! (Sooner or later, my kids are going to need their own car as well. :) ) More

Excellent Service Department/Adviser & Manager Had to bring my Regal GS in for service after an unusual problem occurred during winter storage. Always ask for Service Advisor Dave Hetzel who truly understands Customer Service. And the fact that his technical expertise is outstanding makes coming in for a repair a true joy. He always listens and because Dave is a "Car Guy" he understands where the customer is coming from. I admittedly am finicky with my cars and Dave and Sullivan have never let me down. The factory would not repair the problem I had. I then met with Dave and the Service Manager, Mike Baker, and went over the circumstances. Mike decided that since the repair was so unusual Sullivan would pick up the tab for fixing the problem. This truly shows that satisfied customers are important to Sullivan and I would recommend them to everyone. More

All in the Family -- GMC! In 2013, my daughter and son-in-law leased a GMC Acadia. I was impressed! However, I didn't need the 3-row seat configuration, so I looked at the sm In 2013, my daughter and son-in-law leased a GMC Acadia. I was impressed! However, I didn't need the 3-row seat configuration, so I looked at the smaller model -- the GMC Terrain Denali. Since I hadn't owned a GM product for many, many years, so I decided to "lease" versus "buy". To make a long story short, since my lease was coming to term in October, I had to acquire another car. Bottom-line, I was so pleased with the reliability, performance, and features of my 2013 Terrain Denali, I decided to "buy" a 2016 Terrain Denali, even though the basic car hadn't changed much since 2013, Likewise, my daughter and son-in-law were so pleased with their 2013 Acadia, they decided to lease a 2016 Acadia. In both cases, the sales staff at Sullivan (Phil Pilny, Aidan Pilny, and Dan Szwec) bent over backwards to craft deals for our family that met our respective needs. Thanks guys! Another reason for sticking with GMC and Sullivan was their top-notch maintenance service -- fast, efficient, and reliable -- with a car wash to boot! Of course, the only maintenance we ever needed were routine oil changes. With sales, service, and quality like this, it made no sense to look elsewhere! More
