Solid dealership that helps the customer in every way. Had no issues with the purchase a few years ago, and I still drive to AH Ford for the service even though it's not in my town. Ron greeted me right away, and was very friendly and he put me at ease right away. He listened to my requirements for the type of vehicle as well as the options I was looking for. When we were looking over the Maverick, Ron answered my questions, and was willing to look for the answers if he did not know it off the top of his head. As a female car shopping I am often greeed with skepticism, talked down to and shown vanity accessories (passenger side mirror for example). With Ron I was able to learn more about the technical side of the Maverick hybrid. But was not just the sale. At the time we were working on the paperwork I did bring my husband with me and Ron answered questions regarding the service side of the dealership. Now we will take both our Fords to Arlington Ford. More
