We were very pleased with how Arlington Heights Ford treated us with courtesy and respect. We purchased this car from out of state (Iowa) and they were willing to hold it for us for a $1,000 deposit. T treated us with courtesy and respect. We purchased this car from out of state (Iowa) and they were willing to hold it for us for a $1,000 deposit. They removed a tracking device that we had not agreed to purchase. The car was in better shape than we expected, as they did some body work that fixed some blemishes that were on the photos. It was detailed well. Our salesman, Sam was particularly helpful. Buying a car can come with lots of anxiety and Sam's quiet spirit and patience in talking things through was excellent. More
