Went in for my first oil change after purchasing my car from you in November. Since it is my "fun car" and I store it for the winter, there were some minor issues with the paint that I noticed at the time from you in November. Since it is my "fun car" and I store it for the winter, there were some minor issues with the paint that I noticed at the time of purchase but didn't really get to address until now as I ended up storing it in early December. Your service director Jerry Hood had me come sit in his office and he set me up with your body shop immediately . He even called them while I was sitting there telling them I would be contacting them directly in the near future and briefly explained the issues to be addressed. I truly appreciated his "old school " .handling of the situation as I am a "car guy" and take pride in maintaining my vehicles. He is a true gem and Ford is lucky to have had him as one of their hard workers for 30 years! Please give the man a raise as he truly deserves it. He was literally juggling 3 things at once as he was dealing with my car. I will be back to purchase future cars from your dealership because of him ......DR JIM BERTINI More
