I scheduled service on my 2011 Ford Fusion to address a recall for the driver's side air bag replacement. We were greeted by EVERY technician on the sales floor. Everyone was very friendly and patient. We worked with George Sarkisian - he kept eagerly asking us if he was providing us 5* service. We were hesitant to reply because we wanted to give him 7*. He came along with us on the test drive; showing us the best routes to take because we were unfamiliar with the area and answering all of our questions. The vehicle we purchased was not the vehicle we came for; however, George patiently worked with us to ensure we left with what we wanted.
