I had a great experience when I purchased a new Explorer from the store in 2011. So when it was time to get into a new vehicle I reached back out to get the ball rolling. Initially, I spoke to Brian who quoted a fair value on my trade and Neal showed me the available inventory. Once we found a new 2015 Explorer Sport they worked up a few scenarios and we struck a deal. Arnie walked me through the paperwork, the whole process could not have gone any smoother.
