As Painless as Painless Can Be! My son and I had been looking for a car for the past week and on this particular day almost 7 hours! We walked into Arlington Heights Ford exactly 5 minutes before they closed and, although I'm sure Justin and the manager really wanted to go home, they were extremely nice! We actually found a car, and a car that both my son and I both loved, in about 10 minutes time! I put a small deposit down and we went back the next day, financed and drove off with the car that was truly meant to be ours! And then last week my son lost his keys in the snow and Justin got ahold of the previous owner of the car, who happened to have an extra key, and drove it to our home! How about THAT for service?!!! I never considered owning a Ford until a friend of mine gave me a ride in his Explorer purchased from Victor a couple of years ago. On both purchases, Victor explained options on the Explorer, but gave me his honest opinions on options and things I might and might not find useful. I definitely feel like I purchased an Explorer from AH Fords...I wasn't sold one. If you want to be sold a car, go somewhere else.
