I came in for an estimate on January 5, 2026, because an Illinois Tow Truck driver's side door opened and hit my driver's side mirror, which cracked the plastic. The Illinois Dept of Transportation requires two estimates and takes forever to pay for an accident that was their fault. Anyway, the young man who did the estimate quoted $517.49 for parts and labor. When I brought it to Ford after receiving a check for that amount from IDOT three months later, Mike Waddle found that the young man who wrote the estimate was incorrect. However, thank you, Mike, for standing by the original quote. It is good to know that there are still some companies that are honest and trustworthy. Thanks, Mike! More
In January, I took my car to Ford because the solvent in my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yesterday, I had the shocks replaced and very grateful to JB and the team that worked on my car. I am forever grateful and thankful for the exceptional work always done to my CMax. More
