Poor communication, and when I arrived to pay the bill, the service advisor wasn’t around to go over the bill. I did talk to him before I arrived and he said he was going to be there. But when I arrived, h the service advisor wasn’t around to go over the bill. I did talk to him before I arrived and he said he was going to be there. But when I arrived, he was gone, I asked 4 people to locate him. Very disappointed! I needed explanation for why it costs twice as much as it would’ve at another non dealer shop. When I brought my bill to another shop I was informed how I was screwed/massively overcharged by AH Ford. I will not return, and I advise others to do your research at other repair shops. They also guarantee their work and will use genuine for parts. More
