Always great customer service. David makes sure everything is good. When I had oil change back in Early September I asked about a middle seat issue, latch to release middle seat to step into back everything is good. When I had oil change back in Early September I asked about a middle seat issue, latch to release middle seat to step into back seat wouldn’t work.....even though we only used probably 8 times in lifetime of car. Should have had checked out before our warranted expired🤷‍♀️ But we never use it....only when out of state kids come to town. He said mechanism was broken and to talk with him if I wanted fixed. Good communication. Also felt comfortable when I saw the staff wearing masks, and the first thing done was to spray and wipe down the interior touch surfaces of my car. Spiro was very helpful by listening to my concerns and knew just what was needed. Also checked to see if any other service procedures were due so I could take care of at the same time.
