I had a great experience at Arlington Toyota since when I choose the lease and then when I decided to buy the car. All of the process was with the salesman Renato and I highly recommend him! He was so helpfu choose the lease and then when I decided to buy the car. All of the process was with the salesman Renato and I highly recommend him! He was so helpful and made me feel secure. The last time I was there it was his day off but he was there helping me with the process.” And I could see the other salesmen need his help when the customer speaks another language. Renato is from Brazil and can communicate very well in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I highly recommend asking for Renato and Arlington Toyota. More
I came for my service appointment on my Prius promptly. ..did not have contact with my service agent for 20 while waiting. My concern was dashboard warning lights. FIVE hours later I finally called and then 20 min later got at text saying it was my hybrid battery and gave estimate near $5K. I elected to just pick up my car, but still had to pay $199 for the diagnosis, which subsequently was told AutoZone will do for free. I think plugging a car into a diagnostic computer should NOT result in a $199 fee. I think from the lights alone it should have been obvious what was needed. I believe a refund is in order. More
