More than three decades ago, Mr. Eyrie Brooks opened the doors of Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida at a time when a gallon of gas cost just .63 cents and Jimmy Carter was president. Liars and Cheats Charles has no business being in any position that deals with customer service!!!! I walked in this dealership because of an advertised interest rate Charles has no business being in any position that deals with customer service!!!! I walked in this dealership because of an advertised interest rate that I qualified for, told them that's what I want but didn't get it. I didn't find that out until the contract was in front of me after almost 5 hours of sitting and waiting. They also added $1800 to the price for window tint which was NEVER installed on my car. I have contacted them numerous times but nothing has been done. Plenty of other Toyota dealers in Jacksonville. Stay away from this one!!! Dejan "DJ" Judahovic was the finance rep where all the paperwork was signed. He just throws paperwork in front of you and never explains what it is. All he said to me was "D.O.T.". His sole purpose is to SELL you an extended warranty. He don't make anything unless he sells you one. I can't tell you how many time I had to tell this guy 'NO". He ended up adding one anyway. More
