GREAT Service and didn't take up my whole day! I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus NX from Arlington Toyota and JP Cruz was the guy who helped me. Honestly, it was one of the BEST shopping experience I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus NX from Arlington Toyota and JP Cruz was the guy who helped me. Honestly, it was one of the BEST shopping experiences for a car I've ever had. I've previously bought used and new and this was super easy. I called ahead and pre-negotiated my price so I knew the numbers I was walking into and JP helped me figure all that out and get to where I needed to be to feel financially safe with my payments. Upon arrival (I took a one way rental) and JP picked me up down the street with my new car! It was so fun. After a test drive (which the car was PERFECT) we headed back to the dealership. All my paperwork had already been drawn up and ready for me to sign. While I signed up for auto-insurance they provided me with lunch (and I was STARVING) so that was very thoughtful. I was in and out of there in about two hours. AMAZING experience. I actually waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure the car they sold me wasn't a lemon. It's excellent! I've now driven all the way up the east coast for family vacation and am loving it. Had an issue with getting my tags but that isn't the dealerships fault....more US post office, BUT the dealership is now handling it and getting me new tags shipped out ASAP. So all in all...would definitely recommend and definitely recommend working with JP. He's an honest guy and makes sure you get what you want. Thank you JP Cruz! You rock! More

Wonderful Experience I wanted to trade in my 2014 Sienna for something new and I started on the Internet looking at my options. I was interested in the Highlander because I wanted to trade in my 2014 Sienna for something new and I started on the Internet looking at my options. I was interested in the Highlander because it had regular doors instead of sliding doors and I wanted something a little bit less “mom vanish”. I went to the dealership and met with Devin who was absolutely the most patient person ever. I test drove several Hylanders but I wasn’t happy with how the backseats were very bench like in comparison to the comfortable Siana backseats. Devin showed me all of the other options that Toyota had as well as the new Sienna. I went back and forth between the Highlander and Sienna and Devin was again very patient. He wasn’t pushy and wanted me to make sure I’d be happy with my choice. I decided on a new Sienna and and very happy with my decision. It has a lot of upgrades from my last one and in a great color as well so I don’t feel like it’s a mom van :) More
