Gil and Almir are great! I’ve purchesed three new cars from Arlington Toyota in the past. This particular visit was actually for a family member to purchase a used Highlander. Ask for Saif Excellent salesman (Saif). Very patient and kind man. Zero pressure to buy a car. Error made in price was quickly resolved. The only pressure was from Excellent salesman (Saif). Very patient and kind man. Zero pressure to buy a car. Error made in price was quickly resolved. The only pressure was from finance person who really (really) wanted me to buy an extended warranty. Very old school. Took about 5 times of saying no. If you want an extended warranty then your meeting will be painless, otherwise just be ready to say no at least four times. For sales, ask for Saif and the actual car buying part is about as painless as new car buying gets. The grill was fired-up, the cooler was full of ice cold drinks, Saif was good company and the price was fair. A successful day. More
