Been taking my 2021 Avalon Hybrid here for routine warranty maintenance. Outfit has been outstanding. Service advisors are polite, communicative, and helpful. We stopped by on New Year’s Eve and were approached by Rinnell. She was kind from the get go and was just the sweetest person ever.
