I got oil change, tire rotation & some other minor things like bulbs replaced this week. Everything was done like I asked & they advised me of some upcoming maintenance so I could plan for it. Bought a 2019 Rave4 with 16 K miles. Brought it in for it's first service, had to buy a cabin filter and was told I would need an air filter my next service = already having to put money in. Now, my roof it's first service, had to buy a cabin filter and was told I would need an air filter my next service = already having to put money in. Now, my roof is leaking and i'm told it's the sun roof drains and that starts art 134.00 - Really - what happened with customer service and taking care of the customer - seems they don't really go through the cars and it's on you - I won't be back or recommend them to anyone More
