I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was met right away with a cordial gentleman who guided my parking and told me someone would be helping me further. In a short time, I was pleasantl Was met right away with a cordial gentleman who guided my parking and told me someone would be helping me further. In a short time, I was pleasantly greeted by Adam who seemed very capable and put me at ease concerning the needed service. He was also helpful in getting me checked out. I was a bit disappointed in the time it took with an appointment. Normally it would not have mattered but was tight on the days schedule. After about a couple of hours, I checked with service receptionist. She was able to find Adam. He in about 20mins completed paperwork and brought my keys for my car pick up. Over all, a great job! Thank you! More

I came into the Dealership of Arlington Toyota and was promptly greeted. My Service Contact was Mr. Jay Owens who was curious, professional and polite. He explained what services would be taking place at promptly greeted. My Service Contact was Mr. Jay Owens who was curious, professional and polite. He explained what services would be taking place at the Service and promised to Lyme abreast. He said to expect about an hour wait because they would be also rotating tires. Well within about forty minutes they were complete, wished me farewell and I was ready to go about my day. More
