I believe they are very short staffed in the svc'g dept. I was there several times for the same svc'g problem & believe that if I hadn't reached out to Jeep cust svc & others, then the staff would not have I was there several times for the same svc'g problem & believe that if I hadn't reached out to Jeep cust svc & others, then the staff would not have taken the situation seriously. Loosing power while driving the GSP is no joke in a car that is less than 2 yrs old. I'm so glad they have Will, Trevor & TJ, who took it as far as they needed to figure out the car "had a screw loose" & I did not! Sincerely, Lynda DeBell More
