Took my ram Rebel for a service , truck was returned to me with a broken side mirror which it was totally fine when I handed over the truck to them. When I noticed the damage I spoke to my service advisor me with a broken side mirror which it was totally fine when I handed over the truck to them. When I noticed the damage I spoke to my service advisor Ariel Coos which wasn’t helpful at all and taking no responsibility and very rudely saying that I could have possibly already taken the vehicle like that. I said you do inspect vehicle right? Things escalated and I requested to speak to a manager . They had me waiting over 1h to them send some underdog named Juan, literally trying to talk to a wall and taking no responsibility at all either to then quotes me 900$ to fix a side mirror which they broke . Stay away from this place unprofessional obvious they have very reckless staff working there a non existent customer service . More
