Keep telling me ALL cars have rusted rooters and it’s normal. 1000 miles brand new x1 bmw and it’s a rust bucket they refuse to fix! They don’t use a shuttle they use lift. Plus They had me stand outside on the corner waiting for it with a crap sign saying Lyft! I’ll never buy a car from them again! RUN from BMW! This dealership lied to the BBB! Said they offered to fix my car and They never did! They have an F rating and are not BBB certified! Worst treatment ever! Got rid of my car at 2700 miles only 8 months old! They are lying, using cheap junk parts and stealing from people! More
Absolutley horrible dealership to work with. We came in the day before Thanskgiving, put a deposit down and signed a contract. They backed out on our finance company, which we found out about Monay at 2:30 the day before Thanskgiving, put a deposit down and signed a contract. They backed out on our finance company, which we found out about Monay at 2:30. We were ready to bring a check down to them and they sold the car out from under us by 5:00. Again we had a deposit down and contract signed. Also took forever to get a manager to even call us. I never leave bad reviews but this certainly is not a company to do business with. Expected a whole lot more from this dealership but they have let me down…Not only has my car been in the shop for almost a week, but the service advisor has been MIA and every time I called for an update o have let me down…Not only has my car been in the shop for almost a week, but the service advisor has been MIA and every time I called for an update on the car I kept getting the run around. Customer service is poor at best. After negotiating the price, they informed that if I did not take the car home that night that they would not honor the deal we made. Being that they were the first dealer price, they informed that if I did not take the car home that night that they would not honor the deal we made. Being that they were the first dealer I went to in addition to having to work the next couple of days, I didn't think it wise rushing into signing off on the first car. As far as I was concerned we already parted ways, it's rude to come across in that manner. The manager Nathan called me and text me for two days even after expressing my complaint. He was unapologetic and still continued to ask if I wanted to purchase the car. Stay away from this dump. More
DO NOT buy from this BMW dealership! They are not transparent and Nathan Schwan - operations manager treats customers like dirt. We bought to Porsche SUV’s on Monday - Labor Day and was told by our transparent and Nathan Schwan - operations manager treats customers like dirt. We bought to Porsche SUV’s on Monday - Labor Day and was told by our salesperson that we were taking delivery of both of them that day. We found out in finance that we could only take 1 because they hadn’t serviced the other one yet. Nathan acted as though he told us this however he never did. It’s Wednesday afternoon and we’ve been given the runaround about when we’re getting our vehicle. I called and spoke to Nathan. He was rude, condescending, called me a liar and when I asked for our two trade ins back and to cancel the deal he said no xxxxing way and he said he would deliver us a car without brake pads and fog lights. He said we don’t have the ability to cancel the deal and it’s only been 36 hours. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner Brandon and he refused and said he was the owner not Brandon (not true). Their NPS is below the average and it’s all due to situations like this! Go to North Scottsdale or Chapman BMW if you want a healthy buying experience. More

We got delivered a car and after she decided to add extra $1845 on it. She unwind our deal with lying explaining. I will call corporate office about that. I also been in car Bussines for 12 years. I own a independent repair shop That from time to time needs the help of the manufacturer to fix certain issues with cars. It’s the hardest thing to find someone in your industry to trust and have faith t needs the help of the manufacturer to fix certain issues with cars. This place has minimal to no understanding of how to maintain relationships with customers. For 30 days now I have asked multiple people employed with this dealership to cancel an extended warranty. Ill maintain relationships with customers. For 30 days now I have asked multiple people employed with this dealership to cancel an extended warranty. Ill now have to take time to drive down to this dealership, request the form be faxed and obtain a fax confirmation. A very simple request that this dealership has to turn into a larger ordeal. Would never recommend or be back to this dealership as a result of the apparent lack of skills related to faxing a single piece of paper. I just cancelled a warranty for another vehicle - that dealership sent the paperwork in the same day I returned it - its the little things that go a long way with people. One would assume management would understand that things needs to change as evident by previous reviews. The generic response their "customer relations" representatives post on all other reviews from either google, yelp, etc. speaks for itself - That is, they don't care after they close the deal. More
recently had a car detailed at the shop and the car came back dirty. When my wife was picking up the vehicle the concerns were pointed out and they service advisor was trying to clean it. She could not wait and said we would bring it back. I then called the service manager Josh to speak about the issue. He said he would have someone come to my home to pick up the car and clean it. The appointment was for 8am. At about 7.50am I get a call saying that he spoke with the service department and the car was clean. No one bothered to show up for our agreed upon appointment. I then went to the dealership to show him first hand the car being dirty. The dirt was on the glovebox area and console below the radio. Josh said that from my wife's 15min drive home my daughter who is 22 put her feet up to dirty the dash. When I asked what about the side console he said she could have crossed her feet and dirtied that as well. The back lower seat was dirty and apparently my 5yr old whos legs are not even long enough to touch the ground reached her foot in between the front and rear door and dirtied that as well. Rather than fix the issue as they stated his response was I trust the word of my guys. When I asked Josh if he personally seen the car when it left he said no. I then replied how could you say that my daughter then put her feet up, then crossed them to dirty the side counsel without knowing. His response was I seen it happen. Of course your detail manager who was a young kid is going to say it was clean this was he does not get in trouble. So after paying $175 for a full interior detail the car comes home dirty and apparently to the service department was caused by my two kids on the 15 min ride home. No mention of the dash that did not appear to be wiped down but I guess my wife and daughter did that as well. I will never deal with this dealership again or purchase another BMW from them as well. The service department is garbage and its worth the 45 min drive to go to Chapman BMW. At least there they treat you right and don't accuse you of lying. So basically I paid $175 to have a car cleaned as good as my 13yr old son could have done. More
