Was helped right away showing a few used then took a short test drive as request Went into this Honda dealer looking to replace my totaled 2012 civic. Was helped right away showing a few used then took a short test drive as requested by myself to feel out the new car. After we decided on the car we worked with Jacob who did everything to get us to the payments we wanted. During the process everything was explained extremely well. While waiting for the finishing paperwork Lisa kept my son busy and got him some activities and candy while we waited. The initial car had an alignment off a little and they replaced it and had it ready to drive off the lot that day. It was a very smooth good experience. Everyone was extremely nice, helped us get what we wanted, and made sure we understood what was going on. More
