The best dealership experience I have ever had. Wasn’t buying at the time, but sold them a 2018 Porsche Cayman. Roxann was my point of contact from initial negotiation via text to coming in to finalize th buying at the time, but sold them a 2018 Porsche Cayman. Roxann was my point of contact from initial negotiation via text to coming in to finalize the deal. She was super kind, accommodating, and responsive from beginning to end. The used car buyer Vinny was also excellent. The car was of course inspected by him, but there was no BS, no last minute bait and switch or any other tactics many of us are used to at car dealerships, especially now days. When I showed up at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Roxann, quickly presented the paperwork while the car was inspected, and had my check and was on my way in 30 minutes. An absolutely excellent experience! Could not recommend them more. More

This "Sales Assistance Manager" Was not only rude but he hung up on me when I explained his Manager called and gave me a better deal on a Honda than he did. Jessica was very friendly and knowledgeable a pleasure to meet & work with. Finance department was great to work with also. I do not feel that the car I purchased should have been put up for sale prior to i meet & work with. Finance department was great to work with also. I do not feel that the car I purchased should have been put up for sale prior to it being gone through its safety inspection. We purchased it on 11/26 paid $7500.00 down have to wait till at least Dec 15 to get our car . Not very happy. More
