Though they are undergoing renovations, I decided to stop buy to give them a shot. I've heard nothing but good things from friends who own their Honda. The sales person Nick was great!!!! I didn't have the typical test drive (test ride). I had ask that he drive because I need to check out ride in the back and access to third row in your Oddessy. He was very accommodating and kind. I needed to see how seats moved and request he show me the removal of 2nd row center. Tested sound and air from back. I need a mini van because my 2 grandbabies have a disability and proper access is imparative. The vehicle and the experience to that point was a 10 out of 5 stars! I had pointed out that we wanted to use our Costco auto buying power and he indicated that he had to connect me to your rep their. The first words out of his mouth was. "I think you should come back when your husband is with you". Appalled is an understatement to what I felt. My response was 'excuse me'. I didn't catch his name because he never introduced himself. One bad apple can spoil the bunch! The manager on duty lacked the apathy to understand the degree of impact that statement carried. I was ready to buy. I walked hurt and upset. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I would hope HONDA values it's women customers and employees than this. I will be contacting Costco also. More

Great Service As I was picking up my 2016 Cr-V for routine maintenance, Tom asked about our 2010 Civic as we had just had it in for its 105,000 mile service. I told As I was picking up my 2016 Cr-V for routine maintenance, Tom asked about our 2010 Civic as we had just had it in for its 105,000 mile service. I told him that the air wasn't working consistently, but that my husband didn't really have time to be without a vehicle. He said he would do whatever he could to make sure we had a car (fast service, free rental, etc). We brought it in the next day as the air wasn't working again. Tom called to let us know that it wasn't going to be a cheap fix, that we were looking at $1100. He said he had given us every discount possible since we had just been in and spent over $1500 on the car. Tom serviced it quickly and even though we didn't like the price, he did everything he could to make it cheaper for us. We greatly appreciated his dedication. More

Dead car I called Jimmy and he was very helpful told me I could drop it off and leave him a note and he would take care of it.
