He called me and told him I would swing by Monday but, I swung by same day and he finally sold me a Honda Odyssey 2007 that looks like only a few thousand miles on it. The car is in pristine condition. He referred me to one of his co league who also has excelent knowledge of cars and has been a gold salesman for both Toyota and now Honda for 11 years. My rep, Antwon, greeted me and quickly completed forms to move my car I appreciate the customer service that is provided from the moment you arrive. My rep, Antwon, greeted me and quickly completed forms to move my car to service attendants. The general checkup and oil change took less than 40 minutes. The waiting area is stocked with refreshments and its totally pleasant to wait while your car is being serviced. After the service was completed Antwon explained everything I needed to know about the condition of the car and gave written tips for future service work. No pressure was applied to do more work than I came in to do. He walked me courteously to my vehicle and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Overall it went very smoothly and I am very happy with the experience. More
