The Way Auto Repair Should Be We bought my daughter's 2016 Honda Civic from Arrowhead back in Nov 2015 and had a great experience. Unfortunately the air conditioner quit working i We bought my daughter's 2016 Honda Civic from Arrowhead back in Nov 2015 and had a great experience. Unfortunately the air conditioner quit working in July 2018 (not the car's fault, teenage driver :(. Of course a vehicle without working air conditioning in Phoenix during the summer is unusable. We took the car back to Arrowhead and worked with Steve Bullock through the entire process. Steve kept the lines of communication open advising us step by step through the repair process which took less than two days only because of some unforeseen additional issues with the AC system. I have a mechanical background and do most of my own maintenance on my vehicles, so I know some of the shady stuff service/repair shops can pull to pad the bill, I can assure you that Arrowhead does not operate like that. Steve was honest and up front with me and I really appreciated that. I now am a customer for life on both the sales AND service side at Arrowhead. Thank you Steve! - Tim Timmons More

Excellent Service Experience This was my first time for service since purchasing my CRV in January. I came in for an oil change and was greeted promptly by friendly personnel. I This was my first time for service since purchasing my CRV in January. I came in for an oil change and was greeted promptly by friendly personnel. I was asked how they could help me and I informed them of my appointment. The process was explained to me and I was escorted to the customer waiting area which was comfortable and well stocked. In less time than expected I was told my car was ready and that they had taken me in early. The check out process was smooth and easy. My car was brought to me and I was taken to my car and everything was explained to me and I was on my way. One of the best service experiences I have h ad. More

Service dept roadside assistance problem Brad is excellent. My car was towed to the dealership after service had closed. When I called at 8 am Brad already had all my warranty insurance info, Brad is excellent. My car was towed to the dealership after service had closed. Brakes and power steering Tom Urbina had given us a head's up about getting a brake job on our next visit. After returning from a trip to the Midwest we brought the car in and had the brakes replaced. While there Tom noticed a bearing noise with the power steering. It was checked and repaired. Tom met us as we drove up and the work on our car was finished earlier than promised. We are pleased with the service work and, especially, the way Tom Urbina took care of our problem. More
