Fantastic service. As usual, David Scott took great care of me. My air conditioning stopped working, so he got my vehicle in right away and they diagnosed the problem. He let me know the cost and the estimated time of completion. The service tech was able to complete the repair sooner than anticipated, so I got my vehicle back much sooner than expected. When I picked up the car, David had already left but Dan Thomas stepped right in and took care of me. The whole process was seamless. Thank you. More

4th new vehicle purchased from Arrowhead Honda We purchased my new 2018 Honda CR-V EX from Arrowhead Honda on 7/11/18. This is my first CR-V, but my 8th new Honda. As with my previous purchase We purchased my new 2018 Honda CR-V EX from Arrowhead Honda on 7/11/18. This is my first CR-V, but my 8th new Honda. As with my previous purchases, this one was pretty much stress free. My salesman, Matt Thorpe, was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient with us when discussing the new car price, and value of our trade-in. He explained all of the features of the CR-V, took us on the test drive and spent time explaining all of our options and the fancy technology of the CR-V. This was not an easy task, when dealing with 2 senior citizens! My last 4 Hondas have been purchased from Arrowhead, and I have always used their service department for my vehicles. Excellent Service I purchased my vehicle in Tucson with 6 oil changes free. I have moved to Sun City and needed the oil change. Antwon found out that those changes we I purchased my vehicle in Tucson with 6 oil changes free. I have moved to Sun City and needed the oil change. Antwon found out that those changes weren’t transferable. He was so pleasant and kind helping me through this ordeal. I would recommend Arrowhead Honda to anyone who needs service on their car. More
