Severely disappointed as we thought we found an honest dealership, but I suppose those don't exist. Pursuing legal action. We have been searching for a new Honda for a few months, and by far Graham and Walter at Arrowhead Honda made the process so easy and stress free. We drove from out of town to purchase the vehicle, and from the minute we arrived until we left, nothing but stellar customer service. Not once did they try to sell us any extras or pressure us in any way, which is rare for a car dealership. We will be back for our next purchase. More
