Excellent service! I recently took my 2017 Honda Accord in for battery replacement. I was greeted by a gentleman named Antoine who took care of me from beginning to end. I recently took my 2017 Honda Accord in for battery replacement. I was greeted by a gentleman named Antoine who took care of me from beginning to end. Antoine was courteous and professional. He took me to the customer service lounge and made sure I was comfortable and always asked if I had any questions. This was probably the best auto dealership experience I've ever had. After completing exhausting due diligence about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing we arrived at Arrowhead with NO expectation of buying a vehicle that day. However, every single one of our pre-sale concerns were addressed and questions answered clearly and with conviction. We met with the dealership's General Manager, Thad Zorn, who helped ease our concerns generated by a previous experience with a Honda dealership in New Mexico. Even our experience with the Jason Heximer in F&I Department was smooth and comfortable. As a result of how we were treated we left the dealership that day with a new CRV EXL.
